The transition to the year 2010 was an opportunity to make a good meal at a cozy couple of friends based in good spirits, champagne, foie gras, shells Saint-Jacques cooked in Brittany, veal with cider and log ice rhubarb and strawberry ... all embellished with a little mood music surrounding the comings and goings of 7 children particularly nice ... frankly, because it's true!
